High-rise one-way exclusion tube on rope—commercial elevations where lifts still leave gaps unreachable.
High-rise rappel over a street—rope-access exclusion on elevations that ladders and lifts cannot safely reach.
Harness work at the roof edge over a neighborhood—securing fascia and entry points where bats use the eave line.
Commercial rope-access work on a brick multifamily building—elevations ladders cannot reach, under a clear sky.
Boom-lift fascia work on a townhome row under a clear blue sky—high-reach residential exclusion without guessing from the ground.
Commercial lift access on a multi-story facade—elevated exclusion and inspection where ladders are not enough. (Client property signage is not our brand.)
Sunny-day gable and fascia work on a brick home—ladder access to the eave line where bats often enter.
Sunny daytime roof work on a wood cabin with a green metal roof—exclusion and sealing done where the bats actually enter.
One-way exclusion netting stapled under a wood soffit so bats can leave at dusk and cannot return.
Ridge and metal-roof access with ladder staging—mapping and sealing entries along the peak.
Interior peak work on a wood-paneled vaulted ceiling—closing the corner where bats had been using the structure.
High interior access under dark wood beams—reaching ceiling gaps without guessing from the ground.
Attic inspection from inside the structure—framing, ductwork, and the peak checked for roost signs before any sealing starts.
Peak exclusion plate fitted across a wood attic ridge gap where staining and debris had collected above the opening.
Fascia and siding gap with dark material packed in the opening—the kind of coin-sized entry that needs mapping before one-way devices go on.
A single bat resting on a porch threshold. One bat on the exterior is not always a colony—but it is a reason to check the attic and roofline.
Bat tucked against a stained wood beam. We do not invent a species ID from a field photo—inspection decides whether this is a fly-in or a roost problem.

It depends on how many places bats are getting in, building size, roof type, access (ladder vs. lift vs. rope), and cleanup scope. A small structure can start in the low thousands; complex two-story, log, metal-roof, or commercial jobs run higher. We can give a price range over the phone; the final price is confirmed on site and never exceeds the top of the range you approved. Targeted and whole-structure options are priced so you can choose.
Yes. Bats leave through custom one-way doors—no trapping, no attic poisons, no sealed-in colonies. We check for flightless pups before excluding and follow western maternity timing (typically May–August). In California we use California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW)–aware practices; technicians who may handle bats are vaccinated and insured.
Whole-structure exclusion includes a two-year written warranty. If bats re-enter through an opening we sealed, we come back at no charge. Targeted one-spot repairs are priced separately and do not carry the same re-entry warranty—because bats use the next gap over. Coverage is transferable to a buyer; extended plans are available after year two. Lifetime warranties are available upon request.
In western states, bat maternity colonies commonly run May through August, when flightless pups can be stranded by early exclusion. We do not use Florida’s April 16–August 14 calendar for California jobs. During the blackout we can often seal non-active openings, document the site, and put you first on the schedule when pups can fly.
California bats are protected wildlife. Killing or harming them is not how we work. Humane one-way exclusion—exit at dusk, no re-entry—is the professional standard and aligns with CDFW-aware nuisance wildlife practice.
